Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to one of the four threads of Pokémon Silence, my new RPG. I know that it looks really basic but I guarantee that if we manage to expand beyond what we currently are, the RPG will be much more impressive. For now, we're sticking with the fundamental basics which is a Discussion/Battle Challenge Centre, Battle Arena, Shop and Statistics Thread. The run down for each one is in each respective thread.
Now, this thread has two purposes; general discussion and battle challenging. You can discuss anything to do with the RPG and ask me any questions. This thread will also serve as a small info well from me. These bits of info will include things like what the evolution requirements are and other little things. When you challenge people to a battle, remember; you cannot pick a specific person to battle. You can also request battles on IRC just remember to notify me here or something too. The rules of battling will be covered in the Battle Arena.

Starters + Gible, Wynaut, Bagon, Happiny, Elekid, Duskull, Dratini, Beldum, Gastly, Bronzor, Riolu and Abra
Stage 1 > Stage 2: 10 Battles [Plus Item if necessary]
Stage 2 > Stage 3: 21 Battles [Plus Item or Trade if necessary]
This includes full Evolution Chain. Let's say your Dratini has 10 Battles. You want to evolve it. An Advanced Ref can approve Evolutions. Once approved, you have a Dragonair. Now let's say you have Electabuzz with 21 Battles. If it's holding Electrizer, offer it up at the Trading Centre and then trade to get Electivire. Simple.
All other Pokémon
Stage 1 > Stage 2: 8 Battles [Plus Item or Trade if necessary]
Stage 2 > Stage 3: 17 Battles [Plus Item or trade if necessary]
